Return & Refund Policy

At Tuned Injection, many of our products are made to order and manufactured or upholstered specifically based on options selected by the customer.

Made-to-Order and Custom Products

Products that are made to order, customized, upholstered, or produced in a customer-selected color, material, design, or configuration are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun.

Please carefully review your vehicle application, product options, colors, materials, and other selections before placing your order.

Standard / Non-Custom Products

Returns for eligible non-custom products must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact Tuned Injection with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, Tuned Injection may repair the product, replace the product, provide replacement components, or issue a refund.

Order Cancellations

Because many Tuned Injection products are built to order, please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Orders that have entered production may not be eligible for cancellation.
